Huge shoutout to Mark in the parts department. He was knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to make sure I got the right part instead of just rushing me through. On top of that, the prices were great! Way more reasonable than I expected. Super helpful and easy to work with. This is how customer service should be, and I’ll definitely be back because of him.

Damaged my car with shoddy repair work, easily could have killed me. Made it barely a mile away to my house where the tire folded under the car pulling out of my driveway. Then had the audacity to try to deny it and say it wasn’t related to the repair. Never go here!

Everyone was very nice and thoughtful. The wait area was well stocked with drinks and cookies. However, I wasn’t told I needed to have brought in my electric car in with a low charge rather than fully charged. They needed to drain the battery before they could do the recall fix. This meant I waited an extra hour for the one-hour repair.

Quick and easy! Never had a service this pleasant. Customer service was 12/10 in my books! Also i didn’t know I had a recall for my jack! They let me know and they switched it out for me! AWESOME! Then to finish up my service I got a sweet car wash! ❤️ THANK YOU CHEVY! Happy holidays!

Excellent experience, they always go out of their way to accommodate me. Am always met promptly on the service drive and with a smile. Excellent communication, they kept me informed every step of the way. My car is usually ready sooner than promised; service advisor explains in detail my bill and all the work done. Car comes back HAND WASHED and cleaner then when I brought it in. What more can you ask for?
