I only talked with the guys for a couple mins as I was using someone who does PDR (painless dent removal) at the shop. Pretty sure my guy rents space there, but the guys were nice and helpful giving my keys to the PDR guy.

Lots of people end up here through their insurance claims, as this is one of the last places in northern Chicago area that accepts many insurances claims. Although, this might not always be the case. They do honest estimates, quality work. Eric is the main guy and he stands behind every project in his garage. Just look at the picture below: it's like it never happened, better yet - it looks new!

Eric and his crew do amazing work. He is very professional. He's done work on both my daughter's and my sons cars. When work is done, the vehicles look like they've never been in an accident. He goes above and beyond for his customers. When my insurance company recommends other body shops, I tell them that I want to go to LakeShore Collision. I recently had my car repaired at Lakeshore collision through insurance. I have to say, the owner was the nicest guy, very professional, and an honest mechanic! Great experience when though it was a bad accident that i was in. My car runs perfect, just like new! Thank you guys very much!

I was in a car accident and my car was pretty bad damaged. I had a couple body shops that was recommended to me around lake shore area but Lake Shore Collision Center in Lake Bluff, caught my attention because they have pretty good reviews. I'm glad i picked them, Eric was pretty cool and nice throughout the whole experience made it very easy. He updated me a week after my car was brought in, let me know what was going on. Told me the day my car was going to be done, and it was done on time. Very attentive. Definitely recommend :)
