Ultimate Paint Shop

The Ultimate Paint Shop in Lake Bluff did an excellent job repairing my Porsche Panamera. Joanna was a pleasure to work with. I needed to get my passenger mirror replaced and a handful of gashes and PPF replacement from the incident. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, while also making helpful recommendations. I was always kept informed, even when there were minor delays. Joanna went above and beyond and I very much appreciated it! I highly recommend working with Joanna and taking your vehicle to The Ultimate Pain Shop for any body work.

I took my 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring to Ultimate Paint in the land of exotic cars to have a ceramic coating done, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I smiled on the drive back to Chicago watching the drizzle-drops bead up on the windshield. I did shop around a bit for this service, and Ultimate Paint beat every price estimate by a mile! I can't say enough about the service I received from Joanna, she talked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and even gave me a lift to/from the train station while I was carless. I don't usually have great experiences with car shops nor do I usually review. However, this shop deserves a 5 star review!! There are many auto shops in this area and I accidently stepped into this one. When I asked for the person I spoke to the phone, the shop I originally was going to go into was actually next door. I asked the person in the front if they were also a body shop and when they said yes, I asked them for a quote. Joanna was extremely helpful, kind, communicative and honest. She gave me two options (one with a complete fix and one to touch up). I decided that I was going to wait on the complete fix and chose the touch up. When I picked up the car, it was almost new! Although Joanna was not there when I picked up the car, the owner was and she was extremely nice as

I was looking for a Porsche certified repair shop for my Boxster, and the Ultimate Paint Shop was recommended to me by the Porsche Exchange. My car was quickly and expertly repaired using Porsche parts and technology. Joanna coordinated procurement of parts and repairs while relaying information to my insurance company, making sure I got full coverage. The car was finished ahead of schedule, and we were able to enjoy it over the coming holiday weekend. The car was returned to us looking like the day we first picked it up new at the dealership.
