Kuykendall's totally rocked it when it came to my car's repair!! They fixed my car up and got it looking like nothing even happened!! - Tracy is simply a gem of a dude, knows his stuff inside and out when it comes to body work - He's also super friendly, reliable and has a wonderful spirit and energy about him. The whole team is dedicated and pro's in what they do. I'd like to also call out Erik, he explained everything so very well to me when it came to how they were going to fix my issue. These guys know their stuff - highly recommend them because of their honesty, kindness and professionalism.

Quick overview: Great customer service, patient, knowledgeable, transparent, and amazing work. Full review: The team here did an amazing job. My vehicle had a scratch on the rear bumper from someone backing into my vehicle. I owned the vehicle less than a year and I am extremely nit picky when it comes to my car. Tracy went over the process of how they fix it and was extremely transparent with how the process works. He was straight to the point and informed me its never a guarantee that the color will match on the bumper. I hesitated, but after days of thinking it through decided to go through with it and it worked out well. The work looks amazing and the color was a match! He even offered me a customer confirmation before they did the full work to ensure I was comfortable with the color

I recently had an issue with my wife's minivan and as the hood was damaged and wouldn't shut correctly. I brought it in to Kuykendall's and was great by Tracy, the manager, who was more then pleasant to work with. He instructed me exactly what I'd need to do with my insurance company as well as the rental car company so when it came time to turn in my car that I was taken care of. I was so easy and such a great experience. My wife was very happy and her minivan looked fantastic. They actually did some extra work on the headlamps that made the car look almost new. I really recommend this company as they are family owned and were very easy and informative to work with. They make it so simple for me from insurance to the rental car that my experience was painless.
