Overall, a solid experience at Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair. The team was friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. The waiting area was clean, and they took the time to explain what services were needed without being pushy. Prices were fair and the turnaround time was great. Only reason for not giving five stars is that the wait was a bit longer than expected during a busy time — but the quality of service made up for it. I’d definitely come back for future oil changes or maintenance.

I went and had them look at my brakes since I was going for an oil change anyway. My brakes were starting to squeal, and to my surprise, my brakes were good! He even test drove my car at my request and said my brake pads and rotors were still good and have plenty of life left. He could've used this opportunity to sell me needless work, and they were honest. I will be back when my brakes DO need replacing. I appreciate their honesty when I would have been none the wiser. They changed my oil, aired up my tires, vacuumed out my car, cleaned my windshield, and had me on my way.

If ignoring customers were a skill, this place would be world-class. Sleep well tonight, Thomas. When you wake up tomorrow, you’ll be a whole $18.50 richer. Not bad for charging people twice and calling it “the law.” Hopefully that pocket change helps buy the professionalism and honesty that were clearly out of stock at your shop. I am a business owner myself, and I understand it’s not easy running a business, but Thomas (owner/manager) is extremely rude and unprofessional. His behavior comes across as uneducated and arrogant, and his attitude is completely out of place for an auto shop. I called this location on the afternoon of Black Friday while visiting family in Spring. My car was making a thumping, grinding noise. After a new tire, I was directed to look for a auto shop to diagnose and repair a suspension or axle issue. I called this shop and they got me in the same day. I was back on the road the next day after new parts and a difficult repair job. I found the owner and manager to be very knowledgeable and invested in quality, professional service. I will be back and I strongly recommend. They saved the rest of my Thanksgiving holiday. ❤️
