​Great experience getting my radiator hose fixed here. They were fast, honest, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. They caught the leak before it caused a major overheat, saving me a lot of time and money. Andrew had the vehicle in/out within an hour. Five stars for great communication and quality work.

This was a great experience. The staff here are very helpful and have me a great lil change. My engineer was named Gordon, and he was great! Explained verything I needed to know including my air filters and even my brake fluid. He was incredibly helpful!

Gordon got me right at Kwik Kar. Nice dude and very helpful! Took care of my Audi and gave me a good deal. There was an issue where oil didn't fill past minimum, but he asked me to come back and fixed it right away. Great Customer Service and awesome dude! Highly Recommend!

This place is amazing! I had my alignment done here. I 100% would recommend the people and service. I came during one of their busier times so there was a little bit of a wait but they were very upfront about that and I knew what to expect. The guys there help me understand what was wrong with my car and did not treat me like an idiot for being a female when I asked a question. Great place!

If you are dealing with warranty issues, do not use this facility. I had my vehicle for less than a month (purchased from DriveTime) when the check engine light came on. This location was the nearest repair facility recommended by the warranty company. I arrived around 9:00 a.m. and received no updates or answers until nearly 3:00 p.m., after my car sat there almost all day. They claimed they ran diagnostics and said nothing was wrong, despite me clearly explaining that we had to refill the coolant three times in one week. Obviously, something was wrong. Fast forward a few months later, and the exact issue I tried to explain to them was confirmed and repaired at a different facility. I don’t know if SilverRock is slow to pay vendors or if there are backend issues between warranty companies
