Great experience and an absolute terrific help. Needed fresh oil and a new battery for my 4Runner, the great folks here had my battery delivered and oil changed and had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. Got some excellent very much needed car insight and knowledge from Jacobi too, that dude is the bomb. Y'all have earned a loyal customer, appreciate the quick and cheap help, thanks again.

I had my car inspected at multiple different locations with the same diagnosis, except Kwik Kar. These are not technicians they are part salesmen with the most inflated cost per part I have ever seen at any shop. The glowing reviews are because the staff is polite and people are happy being sold on parts they don’t need at a massive markup. Additionally the work that was done on my car was subpar. I requested an inspection of the known issue on my vehicle as well as an overall road trip inspection. The assistant manager only checked the issue I brought up and called me 15 minutes later with a massive estimate, neglecting the additional inspection I requested. My car would not start in front of LA Fitnness today. Julian and Trey went out of there way to walk over with jump box to jump my car. The battery and alternator were shot. They order me a battery and had it delivered quickly. I was on my way home within an hour. Reasonable price and saved my car from having been towed. Trey and Julian are life savers and great customer service. Highly recommend them!!!

You lied to me about my brakes. You said the front brake pads were completely gone and grinding the rotors and pads and rotors need to be replaced. The pads did need replacing but there was still pad on both sides and rotors were over 30mm and even, honda min thickness is 26mm. You said my rear brake pads needed to be replaced because they only had 5% left. The rear pads, replaced in 2023, still have over 80% life left. Either you are incompetent or untruthful which is a shame. I've used you exclusively for over 10 years for oil changes and inspections and now I can never come back. Because I no longer trust you.

I have never been more disappointed. First off the young man greeted me out front told me the oil change would take maybe 30 minutes. I went next-door grab something to eat. Came back. It had been 40 minutes. 15 minutes later he came to tell me he had lost the lid to my brake fluid. I was there a total of an hour and 20 minutes not once did a manager come to say they were sorry there was no discount to the oil change price. The young man did apologize but nothing else was done. I felt something should have been discounted.
