Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Big thank you to the technicians at this Sam’s Club Tire & Battery! I ordered a replacement set of tires for my Porsche that arrived in only a few days, as promised. I made an appointment on the busiest day of the week and I was in and out in less time than promised. I watched many cars get worked on during my visit and these guys have their stuff together, organized and efficient. They even used a torque wrench on the lug nuts which is a rare site to see these days. Well done, gents!

My car battery died while I was at Sam’s and they sent someone over to help jump my car and test my battery. It was under warranty from a different auto shop so although I didn’t purchase from them today, I will for all future needs because of how helpful and courteous they were for me today!

Worst experience ever, i get an email saying my order is ready for pick up. I drive all the way sams and the employee tells me that there no order.......this is the sencond tire order that i have place and they done the same thing. The first order took from 9am to 1pm to get the tires mount on my car. They need to be better trained. Why do i get an email your order is ready for pick up????? The tire department its a joke. Last time i spend my money on sams club

So much simpler and faster than Discount Tire. You may have to wait a few minutes to be rung up or go find the cashier, but the service is quick and accurate. I won't go back to the slow service of Discount Tire.
