Kwik Kar Wash and Auto of Grapevine

I contacted Angel on 2/08/25 about Full Synthetic Oil change pricing after buying a groupon. Angel suggested that I cancelled the groupon as it was being advertised cheaper at the Kwik Kar Grapevine Mills service station. I had groupon refund my coupon and went to Kwik Kar Grapevine Mills on 2/11/2026 for the full synthetic oil change ($38.99) and state inspection. I provided my car insurance which had the VIN on it and Johnny or Angel never discussed any additional fees. When I got the estimate after the work had been performed, I was asked to authorize a canister oil filter which was never discussed. When I questioned the amount I was told the car can only take this filter, but Johnny should have known that from the VIN before doing the work and sending the estimate. I would have

Got an oil change here last Friday. To start off they do not check the oil level after completion. No top off of fluids, no tire pressure check. (Unless you ask). After about 2 hours I noticed alot of engine noise. After looking underneath the truck there as fresh oil covering the under carriage coming from the filter. I returned to this location where they proceeded to tell me it was run off of old oil. Saturday morning truck was leaking oil still. The oil filter was not secure. Now my engine has a bottom end tick. Stay was away from here. I will be reaching out to my attorney regarding this.
