Very kind and efficient service. When my truck broke down on a weekend I called and the driver Randy was there within 20 minutes. He took me and my vehicle to my house and made sure I felt comfortable and safe as I am a younger female who was alone. Thanks. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them highly.

The phone staff were super nice and efficient- quick to respond and get the driver to me. Robert the driver was super cool! We talked the whole ride- knew people in common and was very personable! Will definitely recommend this company again!

Randy was of great service, very knowledgeable about my WesternStar and explained some of how my hoses work and what I can do to maintain them. This company was very quick about coming out and assessing and repairing my mechanical issues. Definitely would use them again if I’m in the area. Pricing was reasonable as well.

My husband and I were driving to PA from FL and our car broke down in VA. After debating what to do, we called LL Carter Towing & Recovery to get an estimate to have our car towed home. Randy picked up the phone and immediately put us at ease. We told him we had gotten a non-refundable hotel room and we wouldn’t be ready to leave until the morning. He said take your time, think about it and call me in the morning. We had the greatest experience talking the entire way home with Randy. He was kind, professional and enjoyable! He was able to turn an unfortunate event around for us and get us home safely. We can’t thank him enough!
