L-Train Express Wash

I can't say enough good things about this L-train location! There was a miscommunication with the monthly service fee however the Manager Sara called me personally to make things right. She actually went way beyond what was fair and I can't thank her enough. You definitely have a customer for life! 💕 Thank you! 🙏

I used to really enjoy coming here, but the last few visits have been disappointing to say the least , especially for the price. Today I paid $19 for their top, most expensive wash, and unfortunately no soap came out at all during the wash. My tires also didn’t look like they were cleaned, there was no tire shine, and I still had dirt spots all over my car afterward. On top of that, I noticed several brush bristles stuck in my bumper when I came out, which was very frustrating. The vacuums were also weak and the equipment seemed worn down. Overall, the quality just hasn’t matched the cost lately, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

It's a car wash, what can I say? But seriously, clean and taken care of establishment. Staff is helpful and friendly. All I have in my neighborhood are wash your own car band. So when I'm heading to Lumberton or Beaumont, I always stop here.

The employee that took my money for the carwash was so rude. He appeared annoyed that he had to do his job. The eye roll is what did it for me. Not to mention the bugs were still on my windshield after the wash. I will also say I wash my car about every two weeks so it's not that dirty. Waste of money for sure. Won't be back and no I won't email you to explain further. Terrible experience all the way around.

My SUV has soap on it after we came out of the car wash. When we opened our hatch there was soap all under it. The vacuums are poor quality here.
