LaBelle Ford Service

I went there for an oil and trans fluid change. They said I needed rear brakes after the 45 point inspection. I rescheduled the brake job. I reported an oil leak after my service , which I never had any leaks prior. They replaced the rear brakes, then said my front brake rotors were scored, so I scheduled that repair. When I came back for the front brakes, they said I had no trans oil leak. I took the truck back again with pictures of a puddle of trans oil in my garage. They said it was brake fluid from the flush and I had an engine oil and coolant leak. $3000 later I still have a puddle of trans oil on my garage floor from the oil pan leaking. Nt sure if I should take it back and demand they fix the leak or go to Galloway Ford, who will hopefully honor the repair warranty.

Used Labelle Ford Service for another time and it always is a pleasant experience. I refer all my family and friends every time. Knowledge, efficiency, and customer service are unmatched!

Went there for brake problems and they found nothing so they offered a brake cleaning which I agreed to because the seller priced it below 900 dollars including the diagnosis and it would only take 3 hours. The job took about 6 hours and it became a total of 1000 dollars. The day before they charged me for the 300 dollars and the next day they charged me a whopping 700 dollars which I am guessing was the extra hours they spent on my car after saying it was only going to take 3. Do not recommend!

Jason (service manager) went above and beyond with an unconventional service need that I had with my 2010 Ford Edge SEL just after thanksgiving in 2025! Thanks a bunch Jason!

I arrived at Labelle Ford with an appointment and was greeted and taken in promptly for service. Tracey who assisted me was very friendly and informative about my extended warranty change which I was unaware about. She provided me with the updated contact information and I was very much appreciated. Tracey was very attentive and kept me informed about my service progress along the way.
