O'Reilly Auto Parts

I am not one to normally put stuff on google but the service I and my boyfriend got was just right down horrible.on Sunday 22 2026 We went in looking for a Radiator for my Avalanche and the radiator is well run of the mill for most gmc and chevys. 1st the two men that was helping us could not put in my vin at all and told me it was not Valid I took a picture of the vin from the door, 2nd look at me like I was just a girl and over talk me and just talk to my boyfriend (sorry to say I work at that store in labelle , and there are always two of those radiators on the shelf) and I know what I was talking about, So the disrespect from them was uncalled for. I have been in the Parts, industry, and ASE certified So the level of service at that store was just right down. I messaged the commercial

We just went through prepping the farm in Trenton FL for two hurricanes and had to drive from West of Gainesville down the East coast avoiding Tampa, coming from Ft Lauderdale into Ft Myers the back way when we nearly got stuck in Broward due to the gears not changing after we stopped for food. I couldn't leave park and found a part had broken off. We barely made it out of Parkland FL having to use 2 people to change gear with the hood open. I am on my way to Fort Myers to an AirBnB waiting for surgery this Wednesday (when we happened upon a nearly closed O'Reilly store). Trent stayed after hours and risked burns to make sure we got patched up. He said he wouldnt let us leave until we took care of it and was very proactive in the repair. I still need the dealership for the right part but
