I went there for a replacement key fob and was told the key was no longer made. That turned out to be completely false. A small independent auto shop had no problem ordering the correct key and programming it for my vehicle. Lager’s made no effort to help identify the correct key, provide a part number, or even assist with finding the right option. Instead, they told me to “look online” and buy keys on my own. I followed their advice, purchased two key fobs, and brought them in—only to be told they were the wrong ones.
