Lake Keowee Ford’s service department was great! They were kind, thorough with my Expedition, and finished my recall work quickly. As a woman, I really appreciated that they didn’t push anything unnecessary or make me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Just had my Ford Expedition serviced here for the first time and very pleased. They were very reasonably priced and made sure they kept it until they were sure my sunroof leak was fixed. Dakota was my service representative and he did a good job of keeping me informed and letting me know when my vehicle was ready for pickup. I will be returning here for service.

Wanted to write a review for Shauna in the service department. She is the most knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking person we have ever dealt with at any dealership including when we have purchased vehicles. She listens and if she doesn’t know the answer she finds out and actually calls you back ! We have two Ford trucks and every time we bring one in for service or routine maintenance if she is there I go to her . Shauna deserves employee of the decade . I hope this company knows what an asset she is .

Came from out of state and needed a blower motor assembly on a Saturday. They didn't have it but took it off one on the lot! Fantastic Service!
