Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. didnt have the product I needed in stock at the time but directed me in another way to fix my issue and it worked. would recommend!

I have been dealing with mostly the Haskell location for about 25 years since I moved to Ringwood. I am friendly with many there over the years, they know me. They either have what I need or, can get it next day in most cases. I do a lot of my own work as well as local peeps, Lakeland helps me out. While nothing is perfect, overall they have been great to deal with and equal cost (or lower) than some other local parts places. Shout out to Joe, Ray, Dane and others, thanks guys.

Sold me a bad battery. They recomended the brand battery and not even a year in the thing damn near explodes after never being on a charger and only an age maintainer. They said it was either frozen or overcharged ? It’s May ? How did it freeze ? And as for overcharging it has never been on a charger just a maintainer over winter so I just think they will say anything not to warranty something they sell. Needless to say I’m out money and will never come back here again for anything. The guy has me sitting there for 30 min before I decided to just leave because he had no clue what to do with the battery. I told him to call me when he figures it out and he never called. I had to call them just to find out he claims they won’t warranty it because I overcharged it or froze it ? They don’t stan

Great local shop. They have always been helpful and I have never had trouble finding what I needed. They have quite a selection for the size of the place. There is parking on the side of the building and the hours are pretty good. They have parts for cars and trucks.
