I paid $80 for them to check out my brakes, which is usually free of charge, I assume he noticed i have a luxury SUV and took advantage. My stupidity of course. Anyway, he checked them out and told me they needed to be changed, the brake pads were wore down, I pushed back and i explained that i can clearly see the pad isnt wore down, it has to be something else. They sounded like they were grinding and they had a what appears to have a line on the rotor. He explained he has been doing this for a long time blah blah blah. So, I didnt feel comfortable and I took it elsewhere. I have cross drilled slotted rotors, the new location explained why they wore down rapidly, the rotors were installed backwards when they were installed 2 years ago. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I brought my car in for service and explained that I had a sensor and module issue and after paying for a diagnostic test these idiots saw the codes, cleared the codes, replaced the blown fuse and then tell me they hate working on European cars and don't know nor have the skills, equipment to fix my problem. The proper thing would have been to just tell the truth and not waste my time, clear codes, and don't remember what those codes are after I paid for the diagnostic test then tell me that I have an electrical problem they don't know how to nor have the tools to do the job. My advice is to avoid these clowns. They are only good for oil changes, tyre rotation changing car batteries , spark plugs the basic stuff based on the description of what the he

I got an alignment here a few months ago, I've noticed my tires are being chewed up and they squeal when I turn. Came out from the gas station one day to notice they look ridiculous and are completely off in terms of spec (crazy positive camber). I would go back and have it corrected but he already told me there's no warranty on the alignment. Also likely bent one of the alignment tabs but said that it was my fault. Not enthused.

Brought my van in a few weeks ago and I was very pleased with their communication. Their pricing is average or maybe a little bit higher, but the quality is worth it and the communication is worth it. I was so pleased that I brought my Civic in a few days later for some repairs that I had been putting off. It's a quality spot.
