Highly recommend! Great service all the way through the process. After getting bad service at a local truck dealer I went to lakes auto and my problem was solved in one day! No waiting, no having to call back. Just things done exactly as I was told and for the price I was given. I couldn't be happier and I'm definitely a customer for life here now. I really appreciate the time the owner took to address the issue I have with my car. I was able to work things out with the shop and I can honestly say I feel alot better after the conversation I had with him. Makes me feel reassured that’s it’s in great hands dispite any mishap that may have happen along the way . It kinda sucks they are the only ones around that can check foreign cars. Even though they sometimes dont know what they are doing. I had 3 different times where they messed up on something but the main one was simple. I took my 2005 bmw a while back I didnt know what was wrong because it wouldn't even turn on. I towed it over to their spot. They said I had to replace the alternator and it would cost me x amount of $$ before they could figure out what was wrong because they didnt know either. I decided to tow it back to my house because I didnt have money like that to spend. My dad told me to just change the battery to see if that would do anything and OMG it worked! And they didnt even figure that out

Great service. Had my Subaru towed in late on a Friday. Due to the Holiday weekend they were not open until Tuesday. Told me I had a broken CV axle but had it fixed and back on the road by the next morning. Really liked the automated updates and being able to approve any work via text message link. Thanks again to the staff for the rapid response to get me back on the road.
