As always the best service!!! Went in and met Cooper. He was the absolute best all the way through the buying a new vehicle. He went above and beyond. Follow through has been amazing also. If you’re looking for something new. May I suggest Cooper the great.

Service manager and customer facing team and very nice and respectful. Service technicians need help. Brought my vehicle in for a full fluid replacement as well as an issue with my engine running hot. They replaced the coolant valve. Less than a week later, leaking oil, trans fluid, and engine running hot again. Took it in to esterville and they let me know the control valve was installed wrong and coolant lines weren’t connected. Along with that, the oil pan was leaking badly. What should have been a routine fluid replacement left me with issues on everything that got replaced. My first hint should have been that my oil drain plug was over tightened and the threads were busted off from a separate oil change 3 months ago. Worth the drive to a different dealer

Was up ice fishing today and had an issue with my van. I was 3.5hrs from home and was afraid my alternator had just went bad on me. I was treated with the upmost respect by everyone and the service department treated me like I was their most valuable customer. They pulled my van in and very quickly discovered my vans engine compartment was packed with snow due to the ground blizzard out at the lake where I had been ice fishing and had gotten stuck in a snow drift. Took them around 2 minutes to figure it out. The service department manager came out to talk to me, explained what it was and let my van sit in the shop for about 30mins to melt some of the snow that was packed in there. I highly recommend this dealership. Best of all, they told me it was no charge. I can’t thank them enough

Absolute shambles. That service department is a disgrace. Waited too long, no explanation. Insane pricing. Again not knowing what we’re actually paying for. No one knew how to look into things further, half of them wandering when my bill needed adjusted. Rude and unfriendly staff. Horrible staffing. Just sad that they have let it go down hill so far. It never used to be like this. The manager or whoever he is out there does not care to fix any issues or concerns, the one man who is running the place out here knows nothing. Where is the girl with the tattoos, Chelsey!! She knew what she was doing. She was kind, sweet, caring and full of knowledge. I stopped in the evening after work without an appointment and they were able to get my car pulled in and assessed quickly. I was able to make an appointment for the next day to get my tire repaired. Excellent service and super friendly staff!
