Shout out to the team at Landrover Porsche. I had a deal in place for a Cybertruck out of state before I went into this dealership and only had intentions on test driving the one they had. Veleska in sales made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. That in addition to her knowledge of cars and friendly demeanor put me at ease to initiate the purchase. The finance team Hugo and Salah were great as well and had me in and out in a couple of hours. Detail team did a great job because the truck had a custom wrap on it when they received it at their dealership. From beginning to end this was a great experience and I would highly recommend and refer them.

Absolutely loved my sales rep Sobhi and have already referred friends and family to him. Loathed my 50 minutes in the Finance Manager's office. He was belittling, kept me in his office alone for almost half of the time (a very poor sales pressure tactic), and when I held firm at declining any additional services, flat out refused to engage with me beyond placing paperwork in front of me to sign. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had, especially at a luxury auto dealership.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and the sales process was pretty smooth even though I live out of state. The car was delivered in great condition, exactly as advertised. They didn’t sent it with a temporary plate, which I understand was an innocent mistake. Getting them to send me one so I could actually drive my vehicle, however, took altogether too long. When we contacted the dealership to let them know the plate was missing, my broker and I were told that it would be overnighted the next day, so I waited until after it should have arrived to check in. Turns out they hadn’t even sent it yet.
