This is a great place to service your Jag or Rover. The staff are very helpful.they keep you updated on the service they are providing. They are very knowledgeable and keep you in the loop and send you a video of the work they are doing. They also provide you with a report on future or preventive measures you can take to maintain your vehicle. There was no sales pressure. A very enjoyable experience. P.S. they have a great snack bar while you wait !!!

Worked with Casey to purchase a 2017 Subaru STI. He was very helpful with organizing a test drive and working through price negotiations. The dealership was reasonable with pricing after kbb price comparison and eventually lowered the price of the car into the heart of the fair deal range. The financing I received wasn’t the best. Looking back I would have shopped for my own rate and came in pre-approved. The rate I eventually refinanced to a week later was 1.2% lower. They cleaned up the car great and were open and honest in regards to what they knew about the car and what they could do as far as pricing. Would recommend.

Had an appointment to get my Navigation fixed which was the purpose of going other than getting my satellite radio to working it was a wasted hour and a half trip. I walked away with a online address to call to get it Navigation. I called and was told it was the dealerships responsible to get it working. I have a 2016 $42.000 jaguar with no Navigation.😠 We went back a second time for another 2 hours and was told they could not load the maps and if they did (at a cost of $170) it was a chance the whole module might crash and the car would not start. We were told the module needed replacing at a cost of $3300. I've only had the car a month, so really!?!?

I was in Miami and needed help and advice regarding my F-type. The Sales Manager - Majdi - helped me resolve my problem. I had previously used the Jag dealer in Cary, which was no help at all with my problem. I will now be switching my loyalty from Cary to Raleigh.

Nice atmosphere, on the down side I went to this dealership with my own financing and they decided to run my credit through other finance companies without my permission.
