I entrusted my elderly parent’s vehicle to this shop for what was initially communicated as a diagnostic check, expected to cost around 300. After the work was supposedly completed, we received an unexpected text indicating the service would actually cost approximately1,300. Assuming this amount covered both the diagnostic and any necessary repairs, my parent approved moving forward. However, it soon became clear that the 1,300 charge was solely for additional diagnostics—not for any repair work. Upon further inquiry, we were then informed that the cost to repair the vehicle would be an astounding $17,000 to replace the entire engine. Overall the car has been fixed but it definitely took a lot of persistence on my part. About a 2 month process all together. I initially brought the car in to fix a suspension issue, at the same time I told the advisors that the car was running rough and a check engine light was present. The suspension ended up getting fixed, but it seems like they just cleared the check engine light code and gave me the car back. Later that day the engine light popped back on, along with a tire pressure sensor. I took the car back to the dealership where I was told it was a valve cover that needed to be sealed and that they wouldn’t be able to service me until Tuesday, they were nice enough to give me a loaner during the process. I had an awesome time at Gwinnett Land Rover dealership service center. They are very professional and treated me well. Thanks to Daniel A and the other team members in service department. They located and fixed the issues with my vehicle. I am very thankful.

My friends always say I should never used to dealership for car repairs or tuneup , Because they will overcharged you for services . My experience with Gwinnett Lane Rover ,is always a first class service with honorable pricing . They really are the best.

Ive been going to the Buckhead location since Ive had my Rover, but decided to stop in to Gwinnett due to work being in Gwinnett. I have officially switched, not only is their facility nicer, but their staff provides excellent customer service. I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in by Evan Murph. He took excellent care, and a thorough inspection was done on my truck. I canceled my service appt in Buckhead despite it being close to home and scheduled with Gwinnett, who also quoted me a better price. Customer Service matters!
