Land Rover Waukesha

Had an issue with my car, not locking its doors. Contacted Chad at Land Rover in Waukesha. Got me right in on Monday investigated everything, found the problem, addressed the problem and provided guidance in case it happened again while traveling. While I waited they installed my roof rack and ski rack for my family. They didn’t charge me for the labor. It was great service. I got to sit in the lounge, access their Wi-Fi to work do and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Great service and I would highly recommend working with Chad again.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. We walked in the day after Christmas not expecting much. We were welcomed by Todd the GM who then introduced us to Scott. After explaining what we were looking for Scott communicated effectively to make sure he found the right vehicle for us. Alexis in the finance dept was also excellent. You can really tell that they take pride in the service they deliver. They worked very hard to make sure we left there happy. Great job Fields Waukesha team!

I certainly felt well taken care of by everyone i came in contact with but especially with my service person Chad. Made sure I had a beautiful Defender to use while my car was worked on for a unexpected extended amount of time. Very polite attentive& informative. Happy I found a great dealership to have my car serviced with confidence and consideration.

Great selection of vehicles, but ultimately found the perfect one destined for sister dealership in Madison. They rerouted the car, had it there 3 days earlier than expected, and it was perfect. Worked with John, he was patient and knowledgeable. Showing me many vehicles and walking me through the options. He is great to work with.
