Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Parts

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership service department. Pushy for paid services like a back ally mechanic. Tried to have my wife pay full price for parts that are covered by mopar warranty. Then lied to me when I followed up about coverage. Even after I had them speak to Chrysler customer service they still refused to cover parts because I bought the car at a different dealership. This place is horrible. Avoid like the plague. Bring your business elsewhere.

My truck has been sitting in your store for over 3 months waiting for a "part" that was supposed to arrive in August, then in September and now they are saying JANUARY. Is this some kind of joke? I use my truck to work, Chrysler let me rent a truck and said that they will pay me back, however its been MONTHS, and nothing, not even respect they have for customers, my case manager, never answers the phone (which I can't have her phone number directly) and when I ask to be transferred to her they say she is not available. How is it possible to talk to ANYONE in this terrible, horrible, disrespectful company to solve my problem????? I will never ever again buy a RAM.
