Really bad experience working with this towing company. Would not recommend. Unexpected fees, took forever, and outrageous prices compared to others.

After 2 days of trying AAA i gave up, mad was an under statement. Called Landon's towing dispatch was very kind willing to help and ontop of the job. John came to greet us on the side of the road in a quarter of the estimated time. And had me back home faster (and safer) then then i would have made it! Very professional experts at what they do with phenomenal speed and accuracy.

Simply the best for service in Orange county. Since my first experience with them 15 years ago, I won't call anyone else. Prompt, friendly like a good neighbor, professional and knowledgeable. The world needs more towing services like Landon's.

This company was contracted by my road side service and approved the job of towing my car and gave an estimated time of arrival for 45 minutes. I called them at the 45 minute mark to see if they were there or close and while on the phone with the man his small children were screaming uncontrollably and the man said it would be 2 more hours I was not happy and tried to discuss this when he cancelled the order. He was not very nice either.

Be warned before choosing this company to tow your vehicle over prior to a holiday weekend. They charge you for storage regardless if they're even open for someone to pick up, nor them being able to tow it because they're off, and they still charge you for those days. Wow...Not an ethical thing to do to other human beings just because you can, sometimes it's just not the right thing to do unless all you care about is $$$
