I can’t say enough good things about Lane Auto. They recently helped me replace my side mirror and even took care of my safety inspection—completely unexpected and above and beyond. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with real attention to detail. What truly stood out wasn’t just the quality of the work, but the integrity and kindness behind it. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like a person, not just a transaction. Lane Auto, John went out of his way to help me, and I’m incredibly grateful.

Wasted money and time going here. Communicated with them on Facebook marketing. Agreed to a price but when I get there, they changed the price. $40 on Uber not including tip coming & going!!! Unprofessional, instead the person coming out to talk to me the person I communicated with he sends someone else out!! Don’t even deserve the 1 star!!! Pathetic

BLUF: We purchased a car that needed nearly $6,000 in repairs within 12 hours of purchasing. We purchased a used car from this dealership. We test drove it twice and it seemed good but since it was an EV, we asked for them to show us that it would charge. They plugged it in, said it was good, and there were some flashing lights on the dash. This was our first EV, so we assumed they would have checked it, and they'd know what they were talking about. We left to go get our cashier's check, but when we got back to pick up the car it was still at 0% and they said they had to unplug it because that was their only spot for detailing. I had a very disappointing experience with Lane Auto Group. I made an appointment the day before to see a car, but when I arrived, the car hadn’t even been cleaned. They casually mentioned it hadn’t been done yet, but it was clear they had been using the car themselves. The speedometer showed 500 more miles than in the pictures, and there was a strong smell of smoke inside, along with visible ash from cigarettes. The customer service was poor as well—overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely lacking in professionalism.

This car lot is a joke! Office manager Kawika is disrespectful and runs his mouth like he has the power. John who’s the owner no help. He listen to Kawika as if his the owner. Don’t buy from this place, JOHN LANE AUTO rip off. Sell shitty cars they overpriced . Mike is awesome, well respected man . He should leave this company cause he works with a bunch of sqiuds.
