My husband came home to explain he was referred to Lane's by a co-worker. I explained I used to go this garage with my grandfather as a child. His son's Ron & Chris run it now, they grew up with all my cousins in Loudon. The boys treated us fair & did exceptional work - even sent us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of business my husband came out to get me. Ron didn't know my married name but he knew more about my family than I did. It was great to talk about all the mutual people we knew and the incredible reputation this garage still has after all these years! I have been going to Lanes for years and I'm constantly impressed by their service. Ron, Chris, & Jose are a knowledgeable, friendly team that will go the extra mile for you. They are honest, and no gimmicks. When you're in a pinch with your vehicle, Lanes Garage is the place to go.

They thought they could get the parts for my truck faster than they could. So he kept forgetting to order the parts and would lie about already ordering them. Every week was a new excuse that contradicted his previous lies. Took months to get repair.

Affordable, friendly, small business. I have been coming here ever since I got my driver's license (15+ years) and have never had an unpleasant experience. Highly recommended this shop. PS it's haunted too 🙃

Lanes is a family-owned place. The guys are always transparent and explain everything. They will not cut-corners and although busy with many customers, they do quality work on your vehicle, while going extra to advise on anything else going on. They are not the prettiest, shiniest car fixing shop around, but everything else is what matters.
