John does an incredible job. So thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, trustworthy. The easy links to the reports he provides to approve or deny work is awesome. Pictures, video, descriptions…. So happy this guy is doing what he is doing so I can truck my 2015 Tundra and wifey’s 2021 4Runner what it needs. When I move and live an hr away, I will still bring our Toyotas to him. After looking for a shop specializing in Toyotas in the Boston area, I found Toyo Workshop LLC. John was excellent. His communication was top notch and he's super thorough. Watching the videos and detailed report provided me with the insight I was looking for! John didn't try to upsell ANY unnecessary maintenance. I was worried about the condition of my lower control arms after years of my local dealership telling me they needed replacement. John took the time to show the life cycle of the control arms, how they wear, and what symptoms to look out for! Although his shop is over an hour away, I won't take my RAV4 to ANYONE else. John is an exceptional technician and incredibly thorough in his work. He clearly takes pride in what he does and stands behind it. The level of detail he provides, complete with photos, videos, and prompt responses to any questions or concerns, is truly unmatched. You have full visibility into everything he does, including before and after comparisons and even the condition of the existing fluids in the vehicle. Most importantly, you can trust that your vehicle will not leave his shop until it is right. For me, trust is everything when someone is working on your pride and joy, and John exceeded every expectation. Our 4Runner won’t be going anywhere else!

Had a full rear brake job done on my Toyota Tundra at Toyoworkshop. I was impressed how John let me know how everything looked on my truck and not just my brakes. He goes above and beyond what is required on a repair. I will be returning.

I've been looking forward to coming here one day but I live far enough away to where I figured I would probably only do it for big services or weird problems. Well, some weird problems came up that a local shop gave me some recommendations for that just seemed wacky. I got very clear communication, absolutely fantastic notes and videos, an incredibly efficient solution and a very fair price. If you're in the market for someone who can solve problems for your Toyota and you appreciate dealerships as little as I do, you found your guy. The only drawback is that you can't sit there while he works on your car, you have to drop it off. For me that meant 4 hours of driving instead of two. That might not be acceptable for you but I bought Toyotas to have great cars for a very long time and
