As stated in numerous reviews, if you're looking for a timely quote on insurance, look elsewhere. A family friend recommended this agency to us. She was embarrassed after I told her that it took them nearly a month to follow-up. Don't waste your time here - they're slow and unresponsive.

This agency has no accountability or concern for their customers. This is obviously a money-driven business because the actual customer is of no concern st all. Why? My husband, Tommy, met with Bryant a couple weeks ago to discuss getting a quote for a homeowners policy. Bryant PROMISED to have us a quote within 48 hours. We are now approaching the 3 1/2 week mark and 10 phone calls later, we still have no quote! We finally got him randomly and he said our quote would be in our email that day. That day never came. This company has big talking agents with no drive to finish what they start. Well, they just lost a customer in our family. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

There was a change sometime in 2025 & unfortunately I can no longer recommend. Communication is horrible to non-existentent, no customer service, no friendly associates any longer. I have to do follow up- ask for renewal, ask for pricing, ask for details, etc. As a business i do not have time for this. That's why I hired them. They were great in 2022 at the start, not anymore

Great experience with Paul! If you have a classic or exotic vehicle these are the go-to guys for Hagerty! Totally involved in the local scene.

I was given Paul Kaperonis number from the Classic Car dealership I bought my car from. After speaking with him a few times I got the sense that Paul is just like me in that he is down to earth. He will take the time to get to know you a bit and will share a bit about himself up front instead of just jumping into the "Give me your money" type attitude you'd expect from an insurance agency. I can not be more happy with how easy working with Paul so far has been and would recommend him to anyone.
