If you get the monthly membership but don't receive the text message with information, go to your app store and download the "My Wash Membership" app! I had this issue, apparently others did as well. I was able to catch someone in the office and he gave me the app info! You sign into the app with the phone number you entered at the car wash when registering for the Membership.

Update: i am still waiting on a refund from a week ago. Their website claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed. And no hassle refunds. Bought a month pass and it was supposed to text me a link to the app. I waited several days and had to go back and ask. I got the app working but when I complained about the 4 days I waited and couldn't use, the guy was no help. So I basically have a 25 day pass. And you need them all because the automatic car wash doesn't get it clean. By the look of reviews, the owner doesn't care or follow up. I'll be checking out other places Dec 2 and Dec 5 I tried to use the self wash with my paid monthly pass, none of the QR codes are working. Went through auto wash once, still not clean. Zero stars. Automatic car wash did not clean my car at all and it scratched my roof, back windows, and trunk.

I paid $20 to have my car washed and it only sprayed water. My car is as dirty as it was before I went through. They didn't answer the phone and it says the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message either.

Nasty car wash was shocked to see the amount of dirt and trash everywhere. Pretty sad considering it’s the only car wash in Paris. They will also charge your card $10 for an air freshener will not be back a bunch of lazy people work here.
