Mudd Auto Body Shop in O'Fallon Mo. went above and beyond the extra mile to restore my 2006 Chrysler back to it's original condition! They found all the necessary parts, matched the paint exactly! Julie at the front office communicated well! When looking for repair bids Mudd Auto Body, took extra time to confirm the availability of the needed parts so there were no surprises! I highly recommend this place! Needed a minor repair done, their quote was the lowest I got so decided to use them. They were able to make the repairs quickly and then found a part wasn’t needed and actually took it off the bill. Making the bill WAY less than I expected! The lady in the office was great to work with as well. If you are looking for a place that won’t try to sell you on things you don’t need, make the repairs quick, treat you with respect, and not over charge you… this is your place!!

I requested a hail damage estimate for my vehicle that was damaged in a hail storm on May 23, 2025. I received an estimate for hail damage. My insurance company asked me to use this auto body shop. When I turned it into my insurance, they questioned this company and called them. When talking with auto body shop, they quoted the estimate for ALL damage and not hail. They also told my insurance company that I asked them to do this. I was not in the shop during the estimate. I am not in the picture of the estimate. When the estimate was over, he took me around the car and showed me the damage from the hail. This is insurance fraud. They were trying to over charge me and my insurance for damage on my vehicle. It shows on the Preliminary Estimate that is it for hail damage only. Insurance fraud

Mudd is the best of the best, IMO. They offered excellent pricing and did fantastic work after I had a close encounter with a mailbox with my new 2024 Pilot. It looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot.

I have been using Mudd for years on multiple vehicles, We always receive great service and kindness. Julie takes care of my concerns and gets the work done quickly and up to my satisfaction. We will continue to come back in the future. Highly recommend!
