HORRIBLE!!!! I thought I was paying for my car wash. No! I paid for the person in front of me. Then, I had to pay AGAIN for my car wash. $18, no dryer, still soap on my truck. They need to shut this place down. Level it and put up something that helps people in Ennis. Not steal their money for a half wash.
The basic wash is five dollars. My car had run out of washer fluid, and I really needed to wash the bugs off from driving across country. I can say if I were to move into the area, I would open a car wash that is automated… But until that happens, this is probably the best deal in town if you just need a good rinse
Excellent customer service. Roger returned my call when the car wash was serviced and they accidentally forgot to turn it back on. He promptly refunded my money. Please continue to use their great car wash!
Went to get my car washed on Sunday 03/16 wouldn’t let me purchase anything but $5 wash then when I pulled in, it stopped working. I will never use this wash again.. Cannot get a refund do to no number.
Total jank. Drove up to find a couple of people having issues. Long story short, it's eating people's money and not queuing properly. Guy in front me pays (multiple times he tells me), gets a wash. I pay for mine. My turn comes and I have no wash. I attempt to pay for another, and then it just starts declining my card for no reason. The owner needs to stop being cheap and service/configure their equipment properly.
