Lash's Glass

I brought in a regular screen for reference of size. I needed 5 to be made 8/16/2025. Was told it would be about a week. Called that next week, said it would be Friday. Came down that following Tuesday. They weren't done. Said it would be Friday. Called following Monday, said it would be done the next day. Called Wednesday to make sure before coming down, Lori the owner said it was done. I came down later that day.... They were not done.... Said it would be Friday. Just called today, said they didn't have any order under my company's name, took 15 minutes for them to find my order.... said it wasnt done and it would be next week!!! WTH. I'm picking up my screen and going elsewhere. OVERALL TOOK 4 WEEKS TO FINALLY GIVE UP.

Make sure you shop around before signing up with Lash's Glass to do any type of window work. I had a good experience when Lash's Glass fixed a window on my business. After that experience, they came out to give me a quote on replacing 4 windows and a sliding door. When the rep came out to look and measure we talked about the 4 windows and 1 slider and he measured for 4 windows and 1 slider. We didn't discuss any other work to the house. When I got the quote, it was for 9 windows and a sliding door. I was very confused and gave them a call. The lady on the phone said she would talk to the rep, and have him adjust the quote. When I receive the quote for the correct quantity, the price was the same as the quote for the 9 windows and sliding door. I called again, and the lady one the phone tol

First off excuse me for the grammar and punctuation, I normally don’t do this type of thing I contacted this company on Friday because I had some questions regarding replacing the windows in my house. I don’t remember the girls name that I spoke to on the phone, but I Think that it started with a S or something like that. I just can’t remember because I’m getting up there in age and it’s hard to remember things. That’s why I’m doing this right now before I forget the young gal that helped me was very very polite and very, very informative on taking the right steps to make this happen like I said, I don’t know much about construction or the process, but when I called and spoke to the gal on the phone, she allowed me to put my worries to the side and feel a little bit more comfortable.
