Customer service is awful. Brian is a total jerk and at least one of his employees is a total jerk too. Forgot about our scheduled appointment and then cancelled it when we complained about poor customer service.

I had exactly the kind of experience you hear about from small towns. Everyone was super nice, super attentive. Brian answered all calls personally and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, especially on a weekend. While towing me to their little town at midnight, I thought I was stuck for many days. They went above and beyond to take excellent care of me and my vehicle. These are the kind of people I would go to for every service I needed. Thank you guys!!

Okay, so engine won’t start and these fellows bailed us out big time! Even stayed behind to make sure we were good. We weren’t even waiting 5 minutes before help arrived, would VERY much call again if our engine hits the crapper
