I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition from Shawn at Lauberts in October of 2023. I have had nothing but issues since the purchase. When I bought the vehicle it was missing two trim pieces that cover the gap in the floor when the third row is folded down. It’s a large gap that covers metal pieces that move as the seats fold up and down, dangerous to have open around kids and a huge bother to load and unload items. Shawn assured me the trim pieces were on order and would be there by the end of the week, and then the next week, and then still waiting. Well, it’s 5 months later and I have no trim covers and he has not communicated with me. I have called him multiple times and it’s always the same answer, “yeah, I’ve been working on it! I need to check again but I just checked recently.” The manag

These guys were awesome! Knowledgeable, patient, easy to work with. They even came in on a day they were closed so I could purchase the vehicle I wanted! The car itself appears to be a good buy as well, and I was able to get an extended warranty with no hassle! Financing was also incredibly easy, even with not good credit!
