I first utilized Laughlin Collision for an insurance claim after being hit in a parking lot and they did the repairs on my 2022 Audi Q3. Phenomenal work. You can’t even tell where the repairs were made. During the visit, they reminded me that my inspection was almost due so I decided to just make an appointment with them. The service was quick and painless and pricing was more than fair. Oh, I forgot to mention..during the repair process, they contacted the rental car company for me and had everything all set up so all I had to do was drop off my car and I had a ride waiting for me to complete the rental car agreement. 5 stars and highly recommended

This was the 2nd time taking my car to Laughlin’s and I am impressed! My car was towed there yesterday after breaking down on I79. They got it in right away and I was able to pick it up the same day! That’s almost unheard of now days. Both times it was done timely. They have been so nice and courteous when I was stressed and frustrated with my situation. Couldn’t appreciate it more and it’s driving great now. Thank you!
