Bought a truck there in December and was told they have a $500 referral program. Two months later I referred my mother and consigned for her. A month after that, i called and asked where my bonus was and got a response "we dont do that since you cosigned." Its hard to see how that affects the dealership in any way. I believe it was Mark that said he was gonna send me be bonus regardless a month ago...still haven't seen it. Also, the finance guy at the end became CLEARLY upset with me me because I didn't want to buy an overpriced extended warranty from them. If you want an extended warranty, the cheapest place is Grainger Ford!

I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, prepared to put down $10,000 to $15,000 and finance the rest. However, I was repeatedly pressured to move forward without being allowed to review the financing terms and conditions. I specifically asked Mark to email me the financing details so I could review them properly, but he refused and told me, “That’s not how it works,” then proceeded to lecture me on the process. As a customer, I expect transparency and respect—not to be dictated to. Mark’s dismissive and arrogant approach ultimately cost the dealership a sale. Despite my clear indication that I wasn’t interested in the additional packages or "extras," he insisted I had to sit through them. That was the final straw. Pricing was very competitive, communicated well, and they didn’t seek to gain the upper hand in price conversations. Just transparency. Shanna tried to earn my business on the trade as well and I appreciated that the sale wasn’t negotiated with contingencies and price fluctuations on the trade. It felt like a sincere and honest transaction from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted and Laura Ford was 950 miles away but it was worth it. They offered delivery too but it didn’t make sense on this particular deal and I left feeling like a valued customer.

Edit: spoke with GM this morning and spoke with me on a human level. I appreciated him taking the time and effort. For that, I'll raise to 3 stars for now. Andy the Ford service manager could learn a lot from his manager. Service department is less than average in every way. My 25 explorer ST has been in the shop for 5 weeks of my 12 weeks of ownership. Service department does not answer phones or return calls. The service department is failing at basic customer service. My reviews was 2 stars but I reduced to 1 after calling today and receiving no information regarding my vehicle. Laura Ford will never touch my vehicle again.
