The service person (Jim) was very nice and extremely helpful, both when I dropped off the vehicle and when I picked it up. He made sure all the issues that I mentioned were addressed and let me know the work came with a warranty so I could reach out if necessary. I have enjoyed working with Laurel Ford service department.

I always come here for my maintenance on my Ford vehicle. I just had the oil changed and the tires rotated. It was easy to get an appointment within a couple days of when I called. They were ready for me, the place is clean, the people are nice and they always check my car to make sure that the filters etc. are in good working order. I was told that the appointment would take about two hours and they were accurate in their prediction.

Best service experience I’ve ever had. Don and Tim helped me get in the next day, they covered it under the warranty, and did some recalls while it was in there. Drove me back to work when I dropped it off, and came and got me when it was ready. Great service, timely, very friendly and informative. Made me feel like part of the family!

The whole car buying experience was super Easy and relaxed from the initial stage to the getting in our car and driving off ! Jim C was excellent to work with ! Highly recommend Laurel Ford and Jim !

I use full synthetic Mobil 1 oil in my vehicle. This information was on my profile in their computer. Some how the profile eliminated my oil preference and they put in a synthetic blend. They set my oil reminder to100%, which means 10,000 miles and put a reminder on my window for 5,000 miles. Service tech was great and the work was done in a timely manner. The tech was willing to make it right and change out the oil, but I didn't have the time to wait. I continue to use this facility to support a local business.
