Went to pick my car up as I needed a repair for a screw in my tire. The lady was extremely rude when I walked up. Told me I needed all new tires and was not fixable. I said okay, can I buy tires here and she didn’t give me a clear answer. She said I don’t know. I asked if I’m able to drive it as she wouldn’t tell me if I could purchase tires from them. She was shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me. I called Staley’s tire right when I left and they helped get me set up. Rude behavior from a small business is just a shame. Now switching to Staleys who was willing to help and kind.

Passed through Laurel. Stopped into this shop 30 minutes before they closed for a very unique project and they already had their hands full with other customers. Without hesitation they got my car into the bay and helped me quickly correct my situation. I was back on the road in no time. As a business owner, it speaks volumes to me the fact that they were willing to bend over backwards for a last minute customer. I’ll be driving far out of my way to bring all my future tire projects to this shop. Thank you guys!!! 🤘
