Mad Karny

First of all, I just want to thank Mad Karny for all of their help and honest work! The employees and the owner Brian were absolutely outstanding. We are traveling and ran into some troubles with our truck, the service and help was so fast, efficient, and very much appreciated. We are very pleased to have ran into them on our travels.

I had my Nissan at another shop for 3 weeks and he could not figure out why it didn't start. My friend told me about the Mad Karney and in less than 1 hours, he had my car running! I am so happy! They are my go to guys moving forward.

These guys are arguably the most affordable shop in Laurel/Billings area. These guys did what needed to be done to get my job done affordabley. I was impressed how Brian and Matt came up with a plan to fix my O2 sensor issue without pulling the head (more work and $$) I was very impressed with their resourcefulness, Now my old roomate's car car is at their shop for them to find and fix what David's mechanic could not find having the vehicle for 3 weeks.

The owner, Brian, is out of control, his reckless, unprofessional behavior ruins any potential the shop has. The bottom line is I wish I had red the reviews and taken the name of the business as a red flag warning. I brought my RV in for several repairs, a power steering fluid leak, a possible oil leak, repair of the dashboard lights and the most important thing, getting the generator running correctly. The cost was reasonable, although the bulk of the bill was getting the generator up and running. One of the employees, Ryan, was able to get the generator going, it continues to have issues. While it was in the shop they never even considered plugging the rv into itself to make sure that it was running correctly. If you want, unprofessional hack job mechanic work from a guy Who breaks studs and original hardware, drills out bolts, replaces nuts and bolts without mentioning it!?!?! This is your guy!!! No one could learn from, or respect themselves working, mad karny is a direct reflection of his attitude and there in the work attempted here
