I needed to rotate my tires. He tried to sell me all kinds of things I didn't need, an alignment and balancing of all the tires. I went over to tire world and they were very nice, a pleasant lobby, they rotated my tires and didn't charge me anything. That's where I'm going when I need new tires.
I need two front tires. He tried to sell me an alignment because I scraped my bumper. Without even driving the car. He wanted to balance the back tires which I'm not replacing.
Did a great job replacing my tires and letting me know other issues I needed fixed as well. I came in with a food trailer so they work on all vehicle types.
Mounted my tires improperly. When confronted, tech made an excuse; had to go home and check if I right or wrong. At least I didn't have to wait all day for the job to finish.
Recently went in for an engine light diagnostic. Great pricing and great customer service. 100% recommend.
