Worst Dealership Experience of My Life – Financial & Emotional Stress I purchased a red Doge Durango 2015 from this dealership one month ago for $8,000. After driving only 200 miles, the car developed serious engine problems, including a lifter tick and additional internal engine issues confirmed by my mechanic. After over 30 phone calls, I finally got in contact with the dealer. They took the car back and have now had it for almost THREE WEEKS with no updates, no timeline, and almost zero communication. Calls and texts are ignored, and when they do answer, it’s always another excuse. Because of their failure to act, I have been forced to rent a car at my own expense: • $450 in rental fees (plus deposit) • Paid for 3 weeks already • No reimbursement offered On top of that, this dealers

My wife and I went to this dealership a few times to look for a van for my family. After going through several dealerships- this one was the best priced and the customer service was good. Sam was always understating and attentive, never pushy (like other car sales people). We got a van a month ago and runs really well. It actually drives better now than the first day we test drove the car.
