Both Ken and Josh demonstrated the utmost care for my vehicle and myself. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. I wish everyone operated with the same level of care, as the two of them! I originally came in because I wasn't happy with the Mercedes Dealership's Service and their insanely high rates. One of my headlights went out and LBR immediately got to work with an extremely fair rate. I had plenty of questions related to my car and servicing and they have answered each one diligently. I also appreciate how they have never made me feel stupid or like I am taking up too much of their time. The air-conditioning in my 2011 Honda CrZ Hybrid died on the road between Santa Rosa, CA and Bellevue, WA. The folks at LBR were really great. They diagnosed, ordered the necessary part, and had the car back to me in two days. Impressive!

We found our new favorite neighborhood auto shop. We had taken our car to the dealer for an oil change and inspection for a strange sound. The proposed cost of repairs had us ready to sell the car. A friend recommended LBR Auto. Yes, the car needed some work, but none of the expensive repairs the dealer stated were immediately necessary. LBR clearly communicated the work that was truly needed and did the work, all in a timely manner. And, for a fraction of the cost of those “necessary” dealer-made repairs. Thank you Josh and LBR.

Appreciated the thorough explanation, fitting me in the schedule last minute and really helping me understand what needed to be done with my vehicle. I also love that they have a follow up system online that shows the inspection results, pictures, and who services the vehicle! Jason is an awesome guy! He took great care of me, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent brake fluid flush for my BMW. The price was totally fair.
