I drove to Parkersburg from Houston towing a trailer. When I got to Parkersburg my transmission went out. I had 4 days until I needed to get back on the road and these guys/lady had me back up and running in 2 days! They calibrated my speedometer, upgraded parts, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with! I was told by so many ppl “I know a guy who can do it cheaper.” Well, you get what you pay for and I’d prefer the peace of mind I got from this business. They went above and beyond, I got home safe to my family, and my truck drove better than it ever did.

Never taking my car here again. I got it serviced here about a year ago and I'm doing it myself today just to go under my car and find all of my bolts are loose, one is MISSING and my transmission is overfilled. like did they even try??

They had my car for 7 weeks for 2 struts, 1 front axle and transmission service. 11.98 for parts cleaner, 12.75 for shop supplies.Wouldn't that be one in the same? 35.00 for parts shipping.I checked , yes advanced auto had the exacted parts for my car. Tried to charge me 15.00 for Gas. Yes Gas. The car had a little less then a half tank. 1,896.71 total. They called and told me my battery was dead as well, must have been that way when it came in 7 weeks ago.. lol.. Yes it was 5 years old , but 7 weeks doesn't help a battery. Multible calls over 7 weeks.. Guys are sick, Guys are on vacation, parts are not in .. only some parts are in. Don't know when the rest will be in. When i got home their was a walmart bag in the back seat with wife beater t shirts , socks and cologne. Car still smells l

Beware of this shop. Trans made it 9k miles. Was a terrible experience as soon as they got my truck apart. Service couldn’t tell me what parts come with the tow package. It’s just a warranty scam to tow the weight your truck is designed to. Brought in parts they didn’t put on after telling me to overnight ship more fittings. Broke bolts off in the motor and just left them out of the bell housing. some disgusting person there is leaving giant buggers on arm rests and dashes. This seems to be a trend in the comments. 2weeks out of warranty and 21000 miles left and they wanted more $. Save yourself the headache and somewhere else.

Lee Myles went above and beyond when we were in town from SC and our car broke down. All were very kind, professional and helpful. Definite recommend. Thank you so much
