My brother totaled his car, and it was towed to Lee's. They were very professional and always there to help. Nice folks and very knowledgeable about their trade. Come by and see the good folks at Lee's, why don'tcha I just don't see why wantcha.

I went to Graves Body Shop to get an estimate on the repair of my car after a deer ran into my car. They were extremely quick and pleasant. The estimate cost $10. 00 but this applied to The job when they are hired. I was very pleased. True, they haven't done the work yet, but so far so good. I give them 5 stars for evaluating my car for an estimate..

Graves always does excellent work. I’ve been to them twice for accidents involving deer and they always restore my vehicle to like new condition. They are typically very busy and it can be difficult to get an exact approximation on how long the work will take, but rest assured that the work they do will be flawless.

Embarrassingly, Graves is not the first local body shop I've had to use BUT it defiantly is the best. Prompt, excellent service. Once the repairs were complete (right on schedule), picking up my vehicle was _literally_ as simple as being handed the keys and being wished a "Good day, Sir." They even thoughtfully omitted the "...you're causing a scene" part I usually hear. Hopefully, no more huge limbs fall on my hood, but if they do I'm headed back to Graves.

Would advise everyone to stay away from this body shop if you want your vehicle done in a timely manner. Got in a accident on the 13th of march and still getting the run around from the body shop on the 17th of may. It took them until April 10th to get it in the shop to work on it. They never call and give you updates on your vehicle and don’t seem to care if you are dissatisfied with how long it’s taking. I have been calling for almost two weeks straight and still getting different dates of when my car is going to be done. I would recommend your driving your vehicle about 35 minutes away to Collison Care Center, they are much more friendly and will do a good job quickly.
