These guys are great ! Tony and Mark have consistently saved us hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars over the years, with high quality, friendly, professional service. Most recently saving us some two thousand plus dollars on our MB E350 dash cluster replacement. If you own a MB, BMW, Mini etc,. you would be foolish to go anywhere else in the Charlotte area for service. Very strongly recommend.

Grants Auto shop and Arlos Wrecker shop would not touch the 12v battery in my 2009 Toyota Prius (hybrid car), but Mike B replaced it in 15 minutes. He was extremely friendly and down-to-earth. I got a really great impression from him. I easily recommend his services and he will be the first mechanic I call in Richmond county from now-on.

Highly recommend! They don’t overcharge and do an excellent job! Definitely will be the only place I’m going from now on!

So after calling at least 3 repair shops with nobody able to help.. I had a flat in the rain!… the nice man at MB automotive actually walked over to where I was at, across the road, fixed my flat by repairing the air valve. Having to walk back multiple times in the cold and rain. VERY nice fellow and this gal was sooo THANKFUL! Highly recommend honest good people deserve praise… 5 Stars
