I went to the location at Old Springville Road. There I met David, who wrote up my service request and Darryl, the technician, who serviced my transmission. I have a 2019 Ford Edge SEL. I purchased the SUV from Jim Skinner Ford new in 2019. They told me the transmission was non serviceable. I just recently found out that it can be serviced. My vehicle had a very slight tug when you would accelerate. I called around to several places, including a few AAMCO Transmission. Everywhere I called said, you have to drop it off and I could not wait on it. They said, they will do a test drive of my vehicle. I asked the places I called if I could ride with the technician and see the color of the fluid drained out of my transmission? They all said no. AAMCO said the service would be around $350.00 to $

Did not have an appointment, just walked in around 1 p.m. and gratefully was able to be serviced right away. Staff were personable and knowledgeable and on a late Friday afternoon very courteous. My vehicle was ready in K ess than time promised... Establishment was clean and no noticeable oders..

I had a great experience at the Chalkville ( Legacy) tire. Doug kept me informed on my vehicle throughout the day. We came up with a plan for the vehicles and it worked out. I feel comfortable knowing that I have a place close by to depend on for my vehicle needs. It’s like a small hometown car hero in the car business 😊
