Pin Point Diagnostics was suppose to repair my value covers gasket. I was was told the job would take 5 to 6 hour. When i went to pick the car up the mechanic was still working on the car in the dark. I ask was the car going to be ready because it was already dark, the mechanic state that it depended on if I was paying in cash. And that when red flags started happening. I got the car about 8 that night and the next day it stop in the street. The car was working fine before just need new valve covers. I was told it was cam censor. Had it replaced and car continued operate poorly and the check engine light can on as well. I took the car to Infinite dealership and was showed where the value covers are still leaking. They must not be able to fix newer model cars because they have been replacing my starter on my honda civic since 1 pm on Tuesday. They keep telling me 1 more hour and it's been well over 7 hours. They aren't up front and honest about how long it will take. They even made a nasty comment about me coming to work on it myself if I want it back faster. Not great customer service. I am at my wits end and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

My brother bought a new radiator to put in my car. They were supposed to put it in. Looks like they never did and left the old one in. They never replaced the hoses either, but charged him quiet Abit. Nothing but con artists to me, ripping everyone off. Wish I could get in a lawsuit against them.

Not sure why my name is coming up as Marissa, but this is Julie Sousa and I am wanting all to know that I have never had an experience like I do when I visit PinPoint in Pinson. They are so kind and generous. They make you feel like you are talking with a close friend. I have been there many times and every time I feel more welcome and for every situation I've needed help with, they assist me right away, unless it's a big job, but one thing I have never been is disappointed in their work and their customer service. I definitely give them an A+ and don't trust anyone else to touch my vehicle.
