I purchased headlight bulbs today. Matt and Julian helped me get them installed. One of the bulbs was very stubborn and they both went way above and beyond to make sure it was installed properly before I left. In a world where customer service is lacking many times, these guys were awesome! Thanks!

A overheard conversation has changed my opinion entirely about O’Reillys in Pinson. While I was looking for what I came for, I overheard the tall young man behind the counter, talking about a customer who had just left in a way that Was extremely inappropriate and honestly shameful to be allowed to do in front of other customers. I hate to think that Is how you truly feel about the customers that your store relays on to be profitable. I went ahead and bought What I came for today. But I think I’m gonna take my business up to advanced auto across from food giant for now on. I understand people have bad days, but if you’re gonna disrespect a customer, don’t do it after he leaves and loud enough where the whole store can hear! The help is very friendly & they try to be helpful. The business is well stocked with supplies for cars including cleaning supplies. This location is in Pinson Alabama. Tools are high priced, but other than tools the pricing seems competitive.

My go to neighborhood auto parts store, the reward $5 and $10 discounts got me hooked.
