Legends Car Wash

I had a great review for this place but had to take it down. The exit door was stuck halfway on the car in front of me, after I had paid. I tried to fix it but he ended up having to back out. I left soaking wet, car unwashed and my 18$ wash never happened. I have called and emailed trying to get a refund and they refuse to respond. I can officially say now, there are ZERO car washes worth paying for in Lancaster now. Find one in another town and you’ll be better off for it.

States open 24/7 but currently 3/8/26 at 7 & 8 am it is not open only 45 degrees F but have seen it open for lower temperatures. Besides the uncertainty of hours great car wash!

I have call thousands of time and nobody answer the phone. You said that machines were broken yesterday because low temperatures, but where is my refund? It is not fair that hardworking people loose money because your machines are not working properly and you do not answer phone calls to support clients for money refunds .

My second time using the car wash. Left some color drips of either the polish or maybe soap. Other than that I was pleased with it.

Always get a good wash here. If there's an issue with lack of soap, poor cleaning, etc., the owner responds to complaints quickly and will make it right, usually offering a free wash. Highly recommended.
